Description:
Our Benefits & Wellness Assistant duties include enrolling employees in benefits, answering employee inquiries via email and phone, processing paperwork and other administrative tasks.
This position also includes involvement in the HR Wellness Program to help plan speakers, track participation and coordinate events. There are general customer service duties that will involve helping at the HR Front Desk as needed. Additional projects as assigned. This is not a remote position, in person attendance is mandatory.
Available work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. Your 20 hour schedule will be arranged around your class schedule.
This is a year round position and preference will be given to candidates that can work Spring, Summer and Fall Semesters. Please include a cover letter, resume and your current and Summer 2024 schedule, if available.
Qualifications:
- Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time and working with frequent distractions
- Works well with a team
- Handles confidential information with discretion
- Communicates well both verbally and in writing
- Must be punctual, dependable, and mature
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Must be highly organized and have high attention to detail
- Must be registered for 6 or more credits in Fall 2024
